Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


Most of our products are ‘one off’ pieces, and all are individually made so each one is unique. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on this website. 

If you don’t see exactly what you want on our website, it is possible we could make the item for you. Commissions are welcome. If however, we do not feel able to fulfil your requirements we will do our best to suggest alternatives or redirect your enquiry.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure all the information and pricing is accurate on this website, there may still be mistakes or omissions. If you find a mistake or omission, please let us know by contacting careyamoon@aol.com. 


We accept payments through Paypal. All payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored by us.

It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

Returns and Refunds

We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases, but if for any reason, you are not, please inform us in writing and return item to us, suitably and carefully wrapped and packaged, within 14 days of purchase date. Returns must be sent by secure delivery. Refunds will be paid once items have been safely received by us.  All items must be returned in perfect condition. We are unable to pay for cost of return shipping for items that were undamaged by initial delivery.

We always endeavour to wrap and package goods securely but if, by unfortunate mishap, your items arrive broken, we will ask you to send a photograph and depending on the situation, if we have a similar piece available, we will send that to you, or if time allows and you would like for us to make a new one for you, we can do that. Otherwise, we will refund your money in full.


Carey Moon Ceramics is not currently registered to charge VAT. The price of a product includes delivery charges to the UK. Goods are sent by standard Royal Mail carrier which does not include tracking. Charges for delivery outside of UK depend on country and weight of item, please email me for estimate of cost. 

Privacy Policy

We are keen to protect your privacy while shopping online. We will use the information you provide lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018). The information we will collect about you when you place an order includes: your name, address, phone number, email address. This is to enable us to process your order and keep you informed of the orders progress. We will not share these details with any third party.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
